Great Basin College wants to be your choice for higher education. GBC offers associate and baccalaureate level instruction in career and technical education and academic areas. About 4,000 students are enrolled annually online from across the country and on campuses and centers across 86,500 square miles, two time zones, and ten of Nevada's largest counties. We border Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and California. We are GBC!

NSHE institutions that qualify for free electronic delivery are as follows:
NOTE: Free electronic transcripts can only be sent to undergraduate Admissions and Records.
Please use the Electronic Transcript Request e-form when requesting electronic transcripts to be sent to another NSHE institution.
To obtain your unofficial transcripts, please use the Unofficial Transcript Guide.
In applying to another institution, you will need an Official transcript, which is stamped with the official GBC seal and signed by the Director of Admissions and Registrar.
Great Basin College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order official transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
Great Basin College does not charge for transcripts being sent to another NSHE institution. However, there is a cost to order and send transcripts to non-NSHE institutions. Those costs are described in the table below.

If your order requires an additional form(s) to be attached to the transcript, please note "Transcript - Special Instructions" in the subject line of an email request to admissions@gbcnv.edu prior to submitting your request through the National Student Clearinghouse. The delivery method must be mail or pickup in person only, not electronic.
