Elko Graduation Information
Elko Commencement - Saturday, May 18, 2024, 10:00 am
Will graduates please arrive on campus by 9:00 am the day of the ceremony. There will be a group photo taken in the Amphitheatre at 9:30 am.

Friday May 17th, 2024 at 1:00 pm, 1500 College Pkwy., Elko, NV 89801.
Information for Graduates:
- Graduation Regalia will need to be purchased prior to the graduation ceremony. Custom graduation announcements and graduation apparel can be ordered on this site, www.greatbasinshop.com.
- Caps, gowns, honor cords, and Phi Theta Kappa stoles are also available through the GBC Bookstore. Contact the GBC Bookstore at 775-753-2270 for more information.
- Students graduating with a Bachelor level degree will need a green cap and gown.
- Students graduating with an Associate level degree or a certificate will need a black cap and gown.
- Students graduating with honors will also need to purchase the appropriate honor cords and/or stoles.
- Please be sure to attend the Graduation Rehearsal for more information on what to expect at the ceremony.
Information for Faculty:
Meet in the Solarium at 9:00. At 10:00 the processional line will meet up with the graduates across the bridge by the McMullen Building.
Information for Guests:
There will not be ticketed seating this year, but seating is limited.
Seating is on a First Come, First Served Basis.
