In addition to VA educational benefits, students can apply for FAFSA and consider other financial aid options while attending GBC.
Approximately, 3% of students at Great Basin College borrow one or more federal student loan options. The US Dept. of Education uses the Cohort Default Rate (CDR) as a measure of federal student loan repayments at post-secondary institutions. The CDR represents the percentage of borrowers who have entered repayment at a given point in time, then defaulted on their loans with a three-year repayment period.
