About 4,000 students are enrolled annually online from across the country and on campuses and centers across 86,500 square miles, two time zones, and ten of Nevada's largest counties. We border Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and California. We are GBC!

The Great Basin College Foundation
The Great Basin College Foundation cultivates, stewards and manages resources from our communities for the benefit of the students and programs of Great Basin College.
Established in 1982, the Great Basin College Foundation is a separate non-profit entity. Our sole purpose is to support the students and mission of Great Basin College. The Foundation enjoys a position of national excellence and an exceptional fund-raising history, accepting donations on behalf of Great Basin College.
Beats and Bites Returns to GBC Elko Campus
Beats and Bites, the summer food truck series hosted by the Great Basin College Foundation, is returning to the Great Basin College Elko Campus this summer. This event will feature a variety of local food trucks, vendors, live music, a bar, and interactive activities for the whole family.
Join us on the fourth Thursday of each month from May through September at 5:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to purchase food, picnic on the grass, and enjoy the sights and sounds of summer at Great Basin College.

A Very Successful 2025 GBC Foundation Golf Classic
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2025 GBC Foundation Golf Classic on August 2, 2025!
Due to the generous support of numerous local businesses and participation by our community as a whole, we are thrilled to announce that we had more sponsorships and more golfers this year than ever before!
The involvement of the Elko community helped make our 2025 GBC Foundation Golf Classic a great success! Not only was it a day of fun and friendly competition, but more importantly, the proceeds will directly benefit the students and programs that rely on our community's support.
