Great Basin College wants to be your choice for higher education. GBC offers associate and baccalaureate level instruction in career and technical education and academic areas. About 4,000 students are enrolled annually online from across the country and on campuses and centers across 86,500 square miles, two time zones, and ten of Nevada's largest counties. - A description of the alleged discriminatory act(s) in sufficient detail to enable the College to understand what occurred and when it occurred.
The College will investigate the facts related to the formal complaint and provide a response to you within 45 calendar days of receiving the formal complaint.
Formal complaints under Section 504 and Title II of the ADA may also be filed on the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights website at http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/know.html.
