Reviewing Student Accommodations: Faculty Guide

Faculty will receive notifications of students' accommodations in their GBC email. Faculty may also log into the Accessible Information Management (AIM) portal to review student accommodations and begin the interactive process. Instructions for accessing the AIM faculty portal are included below:

  1. Log in to the AIM faculty portal. If prompted to sign in, log in with your GBC email and password.
  2. Read Accessibility Services’ confidentiality guidelines and click ‘Continue to View Student Accommodations’ to acknowledge it.   3. Click on “View” in the left-hand column to review individual student notification letters and approved accommodation details. To view all student accommodations collectively, click ‘Overview’ in the ‘Views and Tools’ menu in the left column.   4. If you have any questions about implementation of a student's accommodations, make sure to contact the DRC by email at accessibility@gbcnv.edu or by phone at 775.327.2336.
