Unofficial transcripts, showing your courses completed, grades, and degrees received, are available online at your MyGBC Self-Service Center. Under the Academics heading, select "Transcript: View Unofficial".
(for students with an active GBC account)
In applying to another institution, you will need an Official transcript, which is stamped with the official GBC seal and signed by the Director of Admissions and Registrar.
To obtain an official transcript from GBC, you may submit the transcript request electronically through the MyGBC Self-Service Center. Under the Academics heading, select "Transcript: Request Official". Transcripts may be picked up at Admissions and Records in the Elko center, sent by regular mail, or expedited by overnight mail.
Transcripts are $2.00 each. An additional fee for an expedited transcript is $18.11. Transcript orders must be placed well in advance of the date needed to ensure adequate time for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days during peak registration periods in August and January.
(for students who no longer have an active GBC account)
If you do not have an active GBC account, you may obtain an official transcript from GBC using the Transcript Request Form. Fill out the form, print it, and either mail the request and payment to the address on the form, or bring it in to the GBC Admissions and Records Office or any GBC Center.
GBC reserves the right to withhold transcripts if you have outstanding obligations.
Telephone requests will not be accepted, but if you have questions, please call 775.753.2102.
