Fees/Tuition for Credit-Earning Classes — Nevada Residents
The fees listed in the Schedule for
each class assume Nevada Residency. They are calculated as follows:

High School Students: During fall and spring semesters, Nevada high school students only pay $50 per interactive video or internet course, plus fees, if applicable. This reduced rate is not available during summer term.

plus the following non-resident tuition, depending upon residency status, and any applicable lab fees:

Application and Late Fees
- Non-refundable application for admission fee: $10.00
- Non-refundable application for admission fee, international students: $25.00
- Late fee: $25.00
Community Education & Continuing Education Courses
Varying fees are cited in the Community Education Schedule for not-for-credit classes. Residency requirements do not apply to these classes.
Excess Credit Fee (Effective Fall 2014)
Beginning Fall 2014, a 50 percent Excess Credit Fee on the per-credit registration fee will be charged to a student who has attempted credits equal to 150 percent of the credits required for the student's program of study. (NSHE Code, Title 4, Chapter 17, Section 4.)
