Explorations in Positive/Negative Design

Join premier Nevada artists Anne Hoffe, M.F.A and Bobbie Ann Howell, M.F.A. Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 10am-5pm for explorations in drawings that employ cut paper technique and relief printmaking process that utilizes elements of positive and negative design. NWS SkyWarn Spotter Training

Tuesday, October 25, 2016 National Weather Service "SkyWarn" Spotter Training. Free to public. NWS "SkyWarn" storm spotters are the National Weather Service's eyes on the ground in the war against severe weather. Their reports give the NWS the help it needs to more accurately warn for weather and save lives and livelihoods. Training covers the basics of hazardous weather safety, identifying hazardous weather features, and how to report hazardous weather.This class originates in Elko and may be available to additional sites by interactive video upon request. PLEASE READ: The Admission/Entrance Exam (ATI TEAS) is required for all applicants to the GBC Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree. The ATI TEAS test will be administered four times at GBC. Students may take the test only two times per year with at least 40 days between tests. Only the latest test score will be accepted with the nursing application.
